We are a team of six, dedicated and thorough hands-on gardeners. We maintain and improve gardens to a high horticultural and aesthetic standard, whilst minimising disruption and fuss for clients.

We are based in Arundel and currently manage gardens in Bosham, Burpham, Fernhurst, Henfield, Lurgashall, Northchapel, Pulborough and West Chiltington. References are available upon request.

Each client has a Service Agreement bespoke to their garden. This is signed, so we all know what services to expect and when.

A day out to @westdeangardens for some of the team. To admire their espaliers and glasshouses but to also attend brilliant study sessions with @gardener_sylvia on caring for veteran orchard trees. We often inherit veteran fruit trees that need multi-year programs to improve their health and aesthetic. We’re now better skilled as a team to do so.

Once you look past the tiki bar sales reps, mindless garden clutter and fair weather folk... #rhschelsea is a magical place. The catwalk spectacle is sublime and in places ridiculous... I love it. Each garden oozes the passion you hope to see from someone at (or nearing) the pinnacle of their career. Some push boundaries but some do not. Pic taken not in a show garden but on a stall selling statues of animals in comical posses. Iris, lupin, geum and salvia. @jothompsongarden and @tomstuartsmith both created spaces that took my breath away. Thoughtful, poetic and balanced planting... as far removed from the Chelsea buzz as possible 🏅🏅

I spent some of this winter restoring an @englishheritage arboretum back to its former glory. The ground hadn't seen direct sunlight for decades! Purple toothwort (Lathraea clandestina) had already moved. A parasitic plant with zero chlorophyll, it latches on to tree roots... Letting the host tree do all the hard work of finding sunlight. Next year I hope a few more sun bathers to return.
